More than 60 Days Before Departure: 90% refund (minus service charges).
30–59 Days Before Departure: 50% refund.
15–29 Days Before Departure: 25% refund.
Less than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund available.
Visa fees, travel insurance, or government charges.
Flight tickets once issued (airline policies apply).
Hotel reservations marked “non-refundable.”
If Nexus Route Bill cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (political unrest, natural disasters, low bookings):
Full refund will be issued, OR
Travelers may opt for an alternative tour/date at no extra cost.
Refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.
